There's nothing I love more than a breakfast that's already ready when I wake up in the morning! Especially when it's as delicious and healthy as overnight oats.

These peanut butter banana overnight oats are so easy to prep the night before and enjoy in the morning, especially if you're on the go!

This recipe makes two servings, but it's totally fine to spread out over two days! (Or share with a friend, but ya know, these are too yummy to share.)

All you need for this breakfast is: 

2/3 cup of oats
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
4 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp honey or pure maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder or collagen

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Split into two airtight containers and refrigerate overnight
  3. Serve cold or warm with half a banana on top
