WHAT TO EAT THIS WEEK vol. 3

Hey hey hey, happy Sunday people! Back this week with another menu and grocery list! I've figured that these usually last me every two-ish weeks. This week we're doing for chicken wraps, pasta salad, enchiladas, and my go-to classic: chicken, vegetables, and a baked potato.


Let's get it 🔥
Monday:
B: breakfast bowl - 2 eggs scrambled with pesto, breakfast potatoes, feta cheese, and tomatoes

Tuesday:
B: avocado toast and berries
L: caprese pasta salad
D: chicken + Brussels sprouts + baked potato

Wednesday:
B: breakfast bowl - 2 eggs scrambled with pesto, breakfast potatoes, feta cheese, and tomatoes
L: caprese pasta salad
D: sweet potato + refried bean enchiladas

Thursday:
B: yogurt bowl
L: grilled chicken tzatziki wrap
D: chicken + Brussels sprouts + baked potato

Friday:
B: yogurt bowl
L: grilled chicken tzatziki wrap
D: caprese pasta salad

Saturday:
B: breakfast bowl - 2 eggs scrambled with pesto, breakfast potatoes, feta cheese, and tomatoes
L: sweet potato + refried bean enchiladas
D: caprese pasta salad

Sunday:
B: waffles or pancakes
L: sweet potato + refried bean enchiladas 
D: chicken + Brussels sprouts + baked potato

Snacks: veggies + hummus, pita chips, salami + cheese, smoothies

As always, adjust the list to you and your needs! Take what you want, leave what you don't! :)

PRODUCE:
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 golden potatoes (or baked potato-potato of your choice)
  • 2 russet potatoes (for breakfast potatoes)
  • Brussels sprouts
  • cherry tomatoes
  • basil
  • avocados
  • berries of choice
  • bell peppers
  • kale or spinach

REFRIGERATED:
  • eggs
  • marinated mozzarella balls
  • shredded cheese
  • feta cheese
  • tzatziki
  • cashew yogurt

MEATS:
  • chicken tenders (frozen or fresh!)
  • chicken breast (frozen or fresh!)

PANTRY:
  • enchilada sauce
  • tortillas
  • wraps
  • pancake mix
  • short pasta (penne, bowtie, fusilli, rotini)
  • pita chips

It's going to be a good week, I can feel it! Woohoo!
